In December 2006, the Mayor appointed a
Transportation
Impact Fee Work Group to establish a collaborative process for ordinance
development regarding transportation impact fees. The External Work Group is
comprised of city-wide members that represent respective areas throughout the
City of Spokane. An Internal Work Group has been assembled to provide technical
assistance to the External Work Group.
The information provided will be updated as
the process moves forward; these are working documents subject to change that
ultimately will result in a comprehensive rate study supporting the final
ordinance. An Executive Summary will be submitted when the Work Group completes
the assigned task.
An
Open House to provide information on the process was held on February 12, 2008.
The presentation given at that Open House is available to view.
