DKS Associates is conducting a transportation improvement study on determining existing transportation deficiencies, traffic flow and congestion, identifying and establishing safe travel routes for bicyclists and pedestrians, and evaluating future elements of the University District/Downtown Spokane Transportation Improvement Plan. The draft study, which is available now, has been prepared in partnership with the City of Spokane and various businesses and universities.
